Brianne G. Rosa is a Florida Native, and life-long resident of Spring Hill. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Criminology in 2010, and went on to earn her J.D. at Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Riverview, Florida.
Prior to graduating from law school in 2016, Mrs. Rosa began an internship at a civil rights non-profit group where she was exposed to different legal practice areas, including immigration, employment discrimination, and Constitutional law. It was during this internship that Mrs. Rosa discovered her passion for civil litigation, advocacy, and pro bono work.
Mrs. Rosa was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017 and to the Middle District of Florida in 2022. She has litigated in both county and circuit civil Courts throughout the State, including small claims court and Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida. While Mrs. Rosa’s career was originally limited to civil rights and immigration matters, it has since grown to include family law, debt settlement, foreclosure, insurance defense, construction law, and contract law. Mrs. Rosa is also familiar with arbitration, pre-suit procedures, including drafting and responding to demand letters, and pre-suit mediation.
Mrs. Rosa has been with the Hogan Law Firm since May 2022 where she has continued to practice as a civil litigator for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various practice areas, including contract disputes, local government work, family law, and general civil litigation.
