Brianne G. Rosa is a Florida Native, and life-long resident of Spring Hill. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Criminology in 2010, and went on to earn her J.D. at Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Riverview, Florida.

Prior to graduating from law school in 2016, Mrs. Rosa began an internship at a civil rights non-profit group where she was exposed to different legal practice areas, including immigration, employment discrimination, and Constitutional law. It was during this internship that Mrs. Rosa discovered her passion for civil litigation, advocacy, and pro bono work. 

Mrs. Rosa was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017 and has experience in several different practice area as a result of her goal to be an all-around civil litigator, including experience with small claims court and debt settlement, foreclosure defense, family law, insurance defense, construction law, and contract law. She is also familiar with pre-suit procedures, including drafting and responding to demand letters and pre-suit mediation.

Mrs. Rosa joined the Hogan Law firm in 2022 where she has continued to practice as a civil litigator for both Plaintiffs and Defendants, as well as family law. She was admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2022 and hopes to continue gaining experience in Federal Court, as well as Appellate Court.
