Jennifer C. Rey earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007. She is currently admitted to practice in Florida and Wyoming, including the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for Wyoming, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Cliff Taylor is a fourth generation Florida native. He graduated from University of Florida with a BA in Political Science in 1973 and received a JD from Cumberland School of Law in 1981.

Deborah Hogan was born and raised in Florida. She graduated from Florida Southern College and received a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, in 1980. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, in 1983.

Thomas S. Hogan, Jr., the Founding Partner of the Firm, is a fifth generation resident of Hernando County. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in political science in 1976 and Cumberland School of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1981.
