Deborah F. Hogan graduated from Florida Southern College and received a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, in 1980. She graduated from the University of Florida College of Law and earned her Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, in 1983. Ms. Hogan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983. She was also admitted to the U.S. District Court, the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1983.

Her legal experience includes a transactional practice with a large Tampa law firm, in-house counsel to an architect and civil engineering firm; and as an attorney with a private estate planning/tax law firm. She has served as an adjunct professor at St. Petersburg Junior College and Pasco-Hernando Community College; and a Civil Law Mediator.

Ms. Hogan has been one of the senior partners of The Hogan Law Firm since 1997. As head of the Corporate Department which represents over 300 companies and their shareholders/members, Ms. Hogan assists clients in Human Resource Matters, Employment Issues, Asset Management, Estate Planning, Real Estate and General Business Transactions.
