Ms. Rosenberg earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2009. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017. She is currently admitted to practice in Ohio and Florida.
Ms. Rosenberg holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Arts with a Minor in Music, summa cum laude, from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri where she participated in the Honor’s Program and graduated in three years. During her tenure at Stephens College, she acted and sang professionally, was a member of the National Women’s Honor Choir in New York City, was both the Founder and President of the Stephen’s College Political Alliance, and was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society.
During law school, Ms. Rosenberg was a member of the Ohio, Akron, and American Bar Association. She also obtained a certificate in divorce mediation. She worked full time for the City of Akron, first in the Legal Department as an intern, and then in the Prosecutor’s Office where she tried numerous cases in traffic court.
As a licensed attorney, she practices in civil litigation and criminal law. Ms. Rosenberg has defended clients accused of theft, forgery, drug possession, abuse and neglect, driving under the influence of alcohol, and domestic violence. She has tried cases in front of both judges and juries. Prior to joining The Hogan Law Firm, Ms. Rosenberg had her own solo practice. She was then employed by one of the nation’s most prominent law firms as a Discovery Attorney, where she worked on many of the cases you may have heard about on national news.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Ms. Rosenberg relocated to Ohio in 2004 and then to Brooksville, Florida in 2019 to be closer to family and Florida’s beautiful marine life. She is thrilled to be a member of the community and plans to make Brooksville her permanent home.
